Vintage 1913 Standard Oil 14k Gold Service Award Pin

Description

This is a vintage antique 14k gold Standard Oil Company Recognition of Service award pin that was my grandfathers.
His name and date 1913 is engraved on the backside. I believe the two stars on the front indicate the number
of years employment.
The octagonal shape pin is 9/16 inch and has a roll over safety closure.
Also marked 14k along with the maker’s mark of an N in a shield.
The pin has
been tested to ensure 14 karat gold purity and weighs 2.2 grams.
In great condition, no damage.
A fantastic early Standard Oil Company item that is over 100 years old.
