I am offering you a couple of varactors made of gallium arsenide.
The diodes are produced by the Thomson company.
LED type: AH102.
The diodes are matched in a pair because they were used in special mixers for the several dozen GHz band.
The mixer was also a frequency multiplier.
The LEDs are in their original boxes and are brand new.
The diode has very small dimensions:
- length: 4mm
- diameter: approx. 1 mm
This makes it perfect for experiments with high microwave frequencies.
