    -  Approx. 3" round design, blue rolled-edge outer border with hunter orange (scan does not show orange color correctly) twill background.  Design features a blue keystone outline with blue "Graduate" across patch.  In blue lettering reads "Pennsylvania Game Commission Hunter-Trapper Education" and "1895 "100 Years" 1995" across bottom.
