Metal Office Paper Note Holder for Realtor Real Estate Sales Person, Sold Sign

Never used, heavy metal paper note holder, showing a real estate sales person holding a telephone in one hand and a sold sign in the other hand.  In the back ground is the residential home just sold.  I have had this about 15 years-you can tell its approx age by the size of the phone the individual is holding. Measures 5 3/4" x 3 1/2" x  3 3/4" to the top of the sign and 5 3/4" to the top of the sales person.  Weighs almost 1 1/4 pound.  New condition with the pad of white paper still having its clear plastic wrap. What a great present this would make for your friendly real estate agent who has everything and just got you ,000 more for your home in a bidding war with buyers.   Only one on ebay like this.
