Gorgeous Unknown Company "CC" Service Pin 10KT Gold Rubies Diamond Tie Tack

I don't have any history with this one.  No idea the logo.
"CC" ??  Ram's head like??
Service Pin Tie tack.
10KT yellow gold (marked on back side), along with cTo.
Overall, the tie tack measures 9/16" long by 9/16" wide.
The rubies and diamond measure 1/8" each.
Nice unusual shape.  My scale doesn't record light gram weights very well.  Grams don't show up when I put this on my scale.  But it feels a bit more weighty than normal service pins.  They usually don't weigh a lot anyway.   A nice service tie tack though, weight aside.
If anyone knows the company, I would love to know.
