    1971 Panama 20 Balboa coin minted by the Franklin Mint, famous for the great quality of their products, to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Independence of Central Amarica. The coin features the portrait of Simon Bolivar (1783 - 1830), the most prominent figure in the emancipation of Colombia,Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela from the Spanish empire. The coin weighs 2,000 grains (about 4.17 Toz.) Composition: 0.925 Silver (Sterling Silver.) The coin comes in its original cardboard box and it is encapsulated to preserve and protect its mirror-like proof finish.
